Psoas Uncovered: Practice 1

We begin by landing. This series will be exploring psoas and uncovering it’s vast and profound influence in your body. This practice also includes bone tapping, which is an exercise I learned from the psoas expert, Liz Koch.

This class includes standing, as well as both reclined and upright asana.
