Psoas Uncovered: Practice 3
This is a prop heavy practice if you are choosing to do the tailbone release as I am demonstrating. You could replace it with the less proppy block version if you are familiarBut if with it from other videos. But if you have the props, this one is so, so worth it.
The prior two practices in this series prepare you for the contemplation of wildness, freedom, and expansiveness features in this class. Delve into the open space that is revealed in letting go! This is a fully seated practice.
