A practice of seated, standing, and supine postures experienced through the five steps of “Riding the Wave”- Breathe, Relax, Feel, Watch, Allow. Through this approach we engage āsana as a physical means for inner experience, to come into awareness.

Suitable for all levels of experience.

Black Cat Yoga is a propless studio, so please bring with you a mat, blocks, and a blanket.
