25 Minute Joint Freedom

This practice features some of the movements from what is known as Pawanmuktasana, which is a series of movements that improves the energy flow in the body by removing blockages in the joints. These movements are gentle and can be done regularly, especially at times of the year when vata is high, like winter and early spring.

This series of movements is beneficial to support and maintain joint health, but is contraindicated if you are having acute pain, a flare up, or an acute injury.
