30 Minute Side Lying

The side lying asana that we do in this practice are considered self yoga therapy because they are totally effortless. By using extra props and being supported by the ground, you’re able to completely let go while still getting the same release as a seated or other reclines poses.

I tutn to side lying when I’m feeling burntout, overwhelmed, if I’m experiencing insomnia or cramps. You can pair this with ujjayi pranayama at the beginning for a truly blissful practice.
