Private Sessions with Sonia

A commitment to You

For those seeking to commit to a self care practice, receive personal direction & support, tend to a specific area of your body & mind, prioritize nourishment and healing, and so much more.

Private sessions are an opportunity for you to be supported and guided in an environment that is centered on you. A time to slow down and occupy the position of receptivity, many people thrive with the focus of private sessions. This work is a true investment in your well being, giving you the restoration your body and mind crave.

Utilizing the healing potential of Supreme Release Yoga (extra propped!), gentle and supportive hands on assists, energetic therapies, and guided awareness/Yoga Nidra you are supported in a process of restoration of body, mind and spirit.

Together we identify your needs and intentions to help craft an individualized approach to the session. You’ll have space to ask questions, to spend more time on a specific asana, or to completely immerse yourself in the nectar of restoration.

What becomes possible is deep profound rest, reduced stress & anxiety, an increase in ones capacity for inward focus, heal depletion, clear limiting patterns and beliefs, release of tension, and so much more.

“I am in a space of learning how to notice emotions and where they live in the body, while releasing the tension patterns created by repressing those emotions; this practice holds an incredible amount of space for the body to feel safe and secure enough to truly let it all go...The level of love you hold to serving the healing of others is something I treasure.”
