Terms, Conditions & Refunds

All sales are final. Some exceptions are made on a case to case basis, and depending on the type of service or good provided.

Single Yoga Classes:

Most single yoga classes can be canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours of the class start time. If you are more than 5 minutes late to the start of class without letting Sonia know by email (sonia@soniakaras.com) you will not be able to enter class, and will not be refunded.

Private Yoga Sessions are non-refundable. You will be allowed to reschedule your session within 24 hours of the start time. You will be allowed 2 reschedules per session. A third reschedule will require a new payment.

If you need to cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours before class, Sonia will do what she can to accommodate this request. I understand that life happens, and I do my best to be generous. Please reach out by email (sonia@soniakaras.com).

Online Programs

All online programs and class series are final sale. If you are on a payment plan, you agree to pay all installations in full. If you do not like a program, or have a specific issue, please reach out to Sonia by email (sonia@soniakaras.com. Sonia will make decisions about refunds on a case to case basis. She may offer the option to transfer the payment credit towards another program in lieu of a full refund.

Some online programs will explicitly state the length of time you have access to them. As a general policy, you are guaranteed access for the duration of the program (ie 4 weeks for a 4 week program). In most cases you will have extended access to the program through the online portal, but this is not guaranteed.

Kirtan & Special Events

Many kirtan gatherings are offered at a sliding scale or by donation. Any payments made are non-refundable. If you are participating in a special event with Sonia hosted by another party (ex. yoga studio, separate business) then payments will be under that entity’s terms and conditions. Sonia will not handle refunds or payment issues when she is offering a class, workshop, or program through another party.
